International Yoga Day is around the corner. So why not check out these yoga asanas to cure each and every pain and disease of your body?
AN OVERVIEW :
You all know what YOGA is, so I won't waste any of your time points telling about it rather I'll consume a few of your minutes to tell you how great is the POWER OF YOGA. So let's begin with this wonderful journey. I am excited, I hope you are also!
1. Before doing any yogasana, always warm up your body by doing warm-up exercises, for instance, the simplest one is jumping on the spot with your hands on your hip and feet joined.
2. It is always better to start with breathing pranayamas like
ANULOM-VILOM PRANAYAMA (Alternate nostril breathing)
SITALI PRANAYAMA (breathe in and out in these poses)
Roll your tongue in this manner and breathe in and out.
KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA
UDGEETH PRANAYAMA
BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA (chant ooooo...om while breathing)
BHASTRIKA PRANAYAMA
