Thank you, Novel Corona virus

Astonished?
Surprised?
Stunned?
Why say thank you to Novel Corona Virus ?
All the answers to your curiosities are in this blog. Let's find out!

But first of all, we need to be away from this novel coronavirus and that's the way...

1. Do not go out. More specifically, 'dare not go out'.
2. Wash your hands properly with liquid soap frequently.
3. Maintain social distance.
4. Do not shake hands or hug anyone.
5. Stay away from sick people.
6. Wear a mask if you are sick and coughing and also if you are going out.
7. Do not touch your face (nose, mouth and eyes).
8. Sneeze or cough on your flexed elbow.
9. Pray to God for the world's well being.
10. Be fearless. Do not be afraid of this disease. If you follow the above-mentioned precautions, COVID 19 won't dare to come near you.

1. Pollution said bye-bye but not goodbye.

How many of you (in Jalandhar) saw this beautiful scene of Dhauladar mountains which are situated almost 200 km from Jalandhar. It was a feast to the eyes. When my father told about them, at first, I did not believe but when I saw from the third floor of my house, I was like 😮. He said that two to three decades ago, these mountains were more clearly visible. Then I realised that our vehicles and factories are dumping out so much smoke in the environment that we lost what we had twenty-thirty years ago.

2. Everybody, from villages to cities, will learn how to be hygienic and how not to spit, sneeze or cough openly in public, especially those who spat red beetle juice on the roads as such.

I have experienced this once (but it was not me, she was someone else) 😁

3. How many of you, early in the morning or evening, see parrots, pigeons, doves, crows, eagles, cuckoos, squirrels and many more such beings playing or flying freely, speaking to each other and talking to the sky ? I do. Believe me, it is such a beautiful scene, the clear light blue sky and all those organisms seem like they have been let free from a cage after many, many years. I love seeing all of them. Even the plants look greener now or maybe they seem to me.

Literally, I think they come to check what happened to these humans ?

Isn't our situation like this...?

4. We all are learning good habits. How many of you never washed your hands before eating food ? Hey !!! Don't lie. I know, even I was one of them but from past 5-6 years I do wash my hands before eating food and it is really important.

5. We have now understood that we should not always rely on others for everything and we alone can also do many things when others cannot help us, whether it is about India and the world or we and our neighbourhood.

Self-help means self-improvement.

6. We understood that life does not stop if we don't go out of our house.

7. We got new ways and substitutes for various things and old methods. We proved "where there is a will, there is a way".

8. How many of you opened your old cupboard and took out old books, musical instruments, clothes, photographs and what not ? How many of you made new dishes on your own ? Yes, this period let us unfold our hidden talents and secrets, isn't it ?

9. Now our real heroes are not superman, batman or spiderman but they are doctors, nurses, policemen, health and sanitation workers, administrators and many more volunteers and superheroes.

10. We understood how important it is to follow rules.

Did you find any other good changes around you during this crisis ? If yes, then tell me in the comment section below.

Stay Safe
